The founder
Andrew is the founder and sole director of 4MindsThatRoam OÜ. Bringing over 25 years in project leadership in which he has led the delivery of tens of millions of dollars worth of products and systems to clients around the world, combined with over 10 years of leadership and involvement in building ISO standards with a particular focus on governance and compliance.
This combination of experience led to the development of 4MindsThatRoam, which exists for two reasons. First, to build apps that deliver genuine value and benefit to users. Second, to help others with great ideas and a similar ethos build apps — based on Andrew's experience and the 4MTR Velocity Model — that will deliver commercial outcomes for the app owner through customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Why this exists
Venture studios are not new. AI-augmented building is not new. What is rare is a programme leader and standards-shaper at the helm of one — somebody who can simultaneously move at velocity and maintain the PRD discipline, decision auditability, and ethical defaults that make those apps trustworthy at scale.
The combination matters because companion apps live close to people. They handle memory, identity, learning, voice — the parts of life users least want monetised against them. The wrong studio behind those apps damages people. The right studio compounds trust across a portfolio.
