What to include in your initial email

· Your app idea in one or two paragraphs
· The user pain you are solving
· Your background and domain expertise
· How the idea makes money
· Where you are now — just an idea / sketches / prototype / live MVP / live with paying users
· Confirmation you have read the ethos and the idea passes the anti-criteria

We aim to respond within seven days. If the idea passes first-pass review, we will schedule a founder fit call.

Why the form is not live yet

We are designing the application form carefully — the questions matter, and the ethos self-attestation step is the highest-leverage filter on the page. We would rather ship the right form a week later than the wrong form today. Email keeps the conversation open in the meantime.
