Quick framing while the full page lands

Equity: 10–25%, sliding scale based on complexity. Simple ideas (10–12%) all the way to complex multi-platform builds (18–25%). Marketing-led or capital co-invest can extend the scale. Cap around 30%.
What we provide: AI-augmented build velocity, ~60–70% platform reuse across the portfolio, PM and product oversight, brand integration into MindRoam, standards alignment to ISO 42001 and BS 25800, long-term portfolio stewardship.
What you provide: the idea, domain expertise, founder energy, day-to-day operations after launch, operational costs after launch, and ethos alignment.
