These terms govern your use of 4mindsthatroam.com (the "website"). The website is operated by 4MindsThatRoam OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia (registration number 17496353; registered office in Tallinn, Estonia, EU).

By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Individual apps in the MindRoam portfolio (MyJourneys, MyStoryTold, KnowMeFirst, LanguageBuster) have their own separate terms of service published at their respective domains. Those terms govern your use of those apps and take precedence over these website terms in the context of each app.

2. What the website is for

4mindsthatroam.com is the marketing and information website for the 4MindsThatRoam venture studio. It exists to:

• Describe the studio and its portfolio of apps
• Provide information for founders considering an equity-for-build partnership
• Make the studio's ethos, working practices, and standards alignment publicly inspectable
• Provide a contact point for press, prospective partners, and the public

3. Acceptable use

You may use the website for any lawful purpose. You must not:

• Use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
• Use the website to transmit malicious software, exploit security vulnerabilities, or interfere with its availability for other users
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the content for commercial purposes without permission
• Misrepresent your identity when submitting a partner application or contacting the studio

4. Submissions

If you submit information to us via the website — for example through a partner application form or a contact submission — you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and submitted in good faith
• You have the right to share it
• You understand that the information will be reviewed by 4MindsThatRoam OÜ for the stated purpose (e.g. evaluating partnership applications, responding to your enquiry)

Submissions remain your information. We will handle them in line with the Privacy notice and will not share them with third parties except as needed to respond to you or evaluate your application.

5. Intellectual property

The website content (including text, layout, brand marks, and images) is owned by 4MindsThatRoam OÜ or used with permission. You may share or quote short extracts for non-commercial purposes with attribution to 4mindsthatroam.com. For larger uses, contact us first.

The MindRoam and 4MindsThatRoam brand marks, and the names of individual apps in the portfolio, are trade marks of 4MindsThatRoam OÜ.

6. Third-party links

The website links to external apps (myjourneys.app, mystorytold.app, knowmefirst.app, languagebuster.app) and may link to other third-party resources. We are responsible for the content of the apps under the MindRoam portfolio, but cannot guarantee the availability or content of any other third-party site we may link to.

7. No warranties

The website is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Specific products in the portfolio (the apps) carry their own product warranties as set out in their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4MindsThatRoam OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence).
